Parents, we need your input!  If you have not already done so, please take a few minutes to complete the Illinois 5Essentials Survey.  This survey gathers data related to five indicators that can predict important student outcomes, including improved attendance and larger test score gains. In order to receive this valuable data at least 20 percent of our high school parents must complete this survey (as of today we are at 12%). We are asking that you complete this survey so you can help us understand your thoughts about what is going well and what needs to be improved at our school. The Parent Survey need to be completed by April 2 at the latest.  To take the survey please visit https://survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois/ and select the appropriate survey to begin.

Due to the large number of football players from both Seneca and Paxton-Buckley-Loda that have been quarantined due to close contact and therefore not being able to complete the prerequisite number of football practices required before playing in a game, both schools have agreed that it is in the best interest of their players and their safety that the Week 1 football games be cancelled. This would include the Varsity contest scheduled for Friday, March 19 (PBL at Seneca) and the Junior Varsity contest scheduled for Monday, March 22 (Seneca at PBL).
