Celebrating some serious reading accomplishments! Last week we hosted our Bluestem Challenge Party for our fantastic 3rd and 4th graders. These students went above and beyond, reading at least 7 books from the Bluestem list – Illinois' state reader's choice program for grades 3-5.

The PBL basketball programs will be hosting a youth camp for all current K-4 students. The camp will run from June 2nd to June 4th for both boys and girls. Deadline to receive a camp shirt is May 16th, forms will be distributed to students by the end of this week and can be turned into your child's school office, Coach Hatfill, or Coach Sinn.

Mrs. Gooden set up a March Madness Tournament of Books for our kindergarteners! We started with 8 books and voted each day for the one we liked best.
We recognize our paraprofessional educators, also known as teacher assistants or para pros, for their dedication to students and teachers. They assist in classrooms, support enrichment activities, help with assignments, and work with students with special education needs. Their role is essential to student success.
