FYI: Registration closes at midnight on Sunday. If you have not registered your child yet please log onto the Skyward parent portal to do so. If you need assistance or plan to do something besides in-person or remote learning call the office of the school your child attends.
Baseball try-outs will be held Wednesday, August 5th, Thursday, August 6th and Friday, August 7th from 9-11 AM at Memorial Field behind Clara Peterson Elementary School. All participants must bring a current physical, and a signed insurance waiver with them to the first day of try-outs. In addition, all players will need to arrive wearing a face mask for check-in.
Junior High Cross Country practice begins on Thursday, August 6th and Friday, August 7th from 5:30-7PM at the junior high. Practice is open to all 6th, 7th and 8th graders. Meet in front of the greenhouse behind the high school. All participants must bring a signed insurance waiver and a copy of his/her current physical in order to participate. Each participant must wear a MASK upon arrival.
Softball Try-Outs will be held for 7th & 8th graders on Wednesday, August 5th from 4-6 PM at the high school softball field behind Clara Peterson Elementary School. Players who have signed up to try-out should look for an email from the coaches today in their school email account. Players must bring a signed insurance waiver and a copy of their current physical to try-outs.
Sadly, the IESA has canceled the fall sports of softball, baseball, cross country and golf for the ‘20-‘21 school year. They will meet again at the end of August to discuss junior high basketball.

On Monday, May 11th the pick-up of student belongings begins for all schools. May 11th is the only day that parents/students can pick-up belongings from 8am-7pm. Then from Tuesday, May 12th–Tuesday, June 2nd the pick-up of student belongings continues from 8am-3:30pm daily.
Today is National School Nurses Day. A big thank you to our school nurses in PBL, Shelley Krumwiede & Debi Bristle, for their role in ensuring the health and well-being of our students. Also a big thank you to all nurses everywhere for their essential work in hospitals and more.
